How we train callers

Every Call Savvys caller goes through a 2-week onboarding program before they dial a live list. Week 1 covers real estate fundamentals (ARV, MAO, wholesale, subject-to, contract stages), seller psychology, and objection handling. Week 2 covers your specific scripts, market, and qualification criteria with supervised practice calls. Once live, every caller is monitored daily, coached weekly in 1:1 sessions, and replaced within 48 hours if they underperform, at no cost to you.
